No-Sugar Gingerbread Cookies Recipe That Keeps Its Shape Beautifully
If you are looking for a no-sugar cookies recipe that still tastes delicious and works well with cookie cutters, this one is such a good option. These cookies have a rich gingerbread flavor, smell amazing while baking, and hold their shape beautifully even if the dough rises more than expected. INGREDIENTS:
š§Butter - 90 g (about 3/8 cup)
š„1 EggĀ
š¾ Flour - 350 g (about 2 3/4 cups regular flour)
šÆ Honey, 90 g (about 1/4 cup)
š„Baking soda, 1/2 tsp
š«Ground ginger, 1/2 tsp (I used 1 tsp)
Ā š„Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp (I used 1 tsp)
This amount of dough makes about 16 -18 cookies š§øšŖ

INSTRUCTIONS:
š¹ Mix together the flour, baking soda, and spices.
š¹ Add the room-temperature butter, honey, and egg to the dry ingredients, then mix well.
š¹ Knead the dough.

š¹ Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
š¹ Roll out the dough not too thick, about 3/16 to 1/4 inch, as the cookies rise quite a lot āļø
š¹ Cut out the cookies with cookie cutters.
š¹ Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 15 minutes, or until golden.
