This egg-free sugar cookies recipe is super easy and works great with cutters with imprint. The full dough-making process took me just about 7 minutes, plus a few minutes more to roll and cut out. Sharing it below for you to try as promised on my Instagram 🫶

◽️INGREDIENTS:
🔹Flour – 350 g or 12 oz (or 600 ml in measuring cup) extra for dusting
🔹Cane sugar – approx. 85–125 g or 3–4 oz (100–150 ml in measuring cup), depending on how sweet you like it
🔹Butter – 200 g (7 oz), room temperature
🔹Corn starch – 1 tablespoon
🔹Water – 2–3 tablespoons (mixed with corn starch to replace 1 egg – or just use an egg if you prefer)
🔹Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
🔹Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon (optional but sooo good for the smell)
The cutters I used are available in my shop as well as the STL files to 3D print yourself at home 🫶

INSTRUCTIONS:
🔹 Mix butter and cane sugar until smooth.
🔹 In a separate bowl, mix corn starch and water (this replaces one egg).
🔹 Add half of the flour and the baking powder, and mix well.
🔹 Add the remaining flour and cinnamon (optional).
🔹 Mix until the dough is no longer sticky.
🔹 Wrap the dough and chill in the fridge for 30–40 minutes.
🔹 Roll out to about 3/16"–1/4" thick.
🔹 Dust with flour and cut out your cookies.
🔹 Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F), or until lightly golden.

I loved the result, especially the gentle cinnamon scent, which always puts me in a festive mood. 🎄✨

You can decorate the cookies with icing or leave them as they are, they’re delicious either way! 😍
