Shipping Policy
It will take 3-5 business days to print and ship your beautiful new shiny cutters from Boise, ID. After your cutters are mailed out, you will receive notification with the tracking number.
We ship worldwide. Please note, that when a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your country.

Return & Exchange Policy
All cookie cutters are 3D printed to order, which means each one is made specially for you. We never sell or ship used or returned cutters. Each cutter is produced individually and carefully checked before shipping.
If you have any questions or concerns about the dimensions, usage, delivery or any other questions about the product, please contact me before purchasing. I'm always in touch and do my best to respond quickly to all requests.
We surely provide exchanges for items broken or damaged during transportation.
