Super Easy Sugar Cookie Recipe 🍪✨

Easy sugar cookie recipe with just a few simple ingredients! Perfect for baking delicious homemade cookies with your favorite cookie cutters! 🍪✨

You will need:

• Butter - 200 g (7 oz) room temperature

• Flour - 2,5 cup

• Sugar - 200 g (7 oz)

• 1 Egg (large) *You can replace it by corn starch (1 tablespoon of powder into 3-4 tablespoons of water.

• Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

STEP 1: Mix butter + sugar. Add egg (or cornstarch + water mix) and beat on medium or slow speed.

STEP 2: Mix flour + baking powder in a separate bowl.

STEP 3: Gradually mix all ingredients together / beat on slow speed.

STEP 4: Wrap the dough in cling film and chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

STEP 5: Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using cookie cutters.

STEP 6: Bake in the oven - 8-10 min (170-180 C)
